  Installed on demand water heater and was very professional and provided great service first time using on demand water heater and I am loving it. Called had new system in two days. Would recommend you call Curtis.

  Honestly, couldn't of asked for a better install. I was working from home due to Covid and they were able to work around me and the dogs. With how big the job was I thought it would be at minimum a 2 to 3 day ordeal, but they were able to get there at 9am and were done at 4pm. They had a box van with all the equipment and parts that acted as a central hub for the operation. Although this seems like a minor detail it insured a smooth organized approach, unlike other companies I've seen in the past that would have to run to the shop or store for parts. Cool Tech came prepared and motivated, I highly recommend.
