  Cool it or else came to fix problems on each of my two refrigerators. The visits were very pleasant and prompt. The gasket was replaced on the freezer of the Sub-Zero, and the entire refrigerating unit was replaced in the Samsung. The combined cost was reasonable: $400. Afterwards I began to notice that every time the freezer was closed on the Sub-Z it made a hissing noise. After two weeks the entire unit shorted out, and when I reset the circuit breaker the ice-maker no longer worked. I wrote an email to their office telling them this. We shifted to using the ice-maker in the Samsung. Bizarrely, it too stopped working after two weeks. I left a voice mail message telling Cool it or else about this, and asking to make an appointment to replace the Samsung ice-maker, and check out the hissing noise in the Sub-Z. That was several weeks ago. I have left repeated messages. Cool it or else has never responded. I think they have phone ID and are screening my calls out. I have no idea what their problem is. I have not accused them of anything (except of not responding to my calls). But they obviously do not stand by their work. Since they are the only authorized Samsung service people in my area it's a serious problem for me.

  Have been dealing with this company since the end of may.. purchased a replacement plan for my appliances threw lowes(I will never waist my money again doing so) my dryer stopped working the end of may I called right away to have someone come fix it well no one was able to come even look at my dryer from cool it or else for about a month out which I understood. Then the first visit no one ever showed up or called me to say no one was coming. So a week later they finally show up. At this point in time it's now been over a month I've had no dryer.. so finally the 27th of June the guy shows up. Needless to say my dryers tore apart sitting in my laundry room not working because parts had to be ordered! No one ever called me till July 25th asking me the model number for the parts but when I was called by lowes I was told cool it or else tried calling me countless times! Well I've never got one missed call or voicemail they said they left with me. So now I have to wait till August 8th for someone to even come out and try the parts that were ordered and hope that they work.. sorry but I would never ever recommend this company due to leaving on their voicemail countless voicemails with my name and number for them to call me back but I never got any call. And lowes well I will never purchase another replacement plan threw them again.

  I had a faulty display board on my new stove. Bill came out to check it out and replaced the board when it came in. There was no charge to me as it was still under warranty.
