  Bill Sweeney is the owner of Cool-it. E and his team could not do enough to insure my unit is working perfectly. His whole staff, including Annette who handles the calls are so caring and attentive to your problems. Jacob the technician worked so tirelessly and so neatly. What could I say about a company that values their customers like family? THEY ARE GREAT. You can’t go wrong with this outfit. If you need help—-call them. You won’t be sorry. In this day and age companies take your order and make you wait for service. Not Cool-It. They are really a caring company. Thank-you, Bill and Jacob. Keep doing what you do—-you are great!

  Responsive company. We recently purchased a new house and initially cold called Cool It after our home warranty completely failed to address the issue, a leaking gas line. Cool It immediately treated it like an emergency, sent someone out same day and got it resolved. We were so impressed we called them again to perform heater maintenance and they again sent someone out the next day. The technician was knowledgeable and took extra time to explain proper use and maintenance of our heating system.

  Cool It does excellent work. I have had multiple services done by them. They are always on time and very professional. Have a service contract with them for my heat and air units. It is very convenient! They always call me to set up all my maintenance visits.
