  Rick came out on an emergency call when temps were high. He stayed late and evaluated the entire system to ensure the repairs made were all that was needed for our older system. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and we will not hesitate to call him again if we need additional service. We highly recommend this veteran owned and operated business!

  Rick and his team went above and beyond to help us out this summer. Our AC unfortunately died after 20 years and we decided to replace the AC and Furnace instead of repairing. Rick came out, listened to our needs and plans, recommended an AC/Furnace that met those and our budget and got us on the schedule. We were leaving for vacation in a couple days and Rick offered to do the replacement while we were away so we would have AC when we returned. I even got a call on vacation that they were going to be coming out a couple days earlier than originally scheduled to replace the AC/Furnace. When we got home, you couldn't even tell they had been there! The new AC and furnace were fully installed, the old units removed, and the areas around the units and pathways through the home were cleaner than we left them. I would highly recommend Cool Heat KC, Rick, and his team for any of your HVAC needs. Best part, the price he quoted is the price we paid, he didn't try to change order / increase the price at all. He's honest, reliable, and professional.

  I have never been more impressed with a service company! Our AC went out and I called Cool Heat KC on Sunday of Labor Day Weekend as they came highly recommended to us. I was expecting to get an answering machine, but Rick picked up right away and came over immediately. He spotted the issue and fixed it right away. Could not have been a better experience all around. He was incredibly kind, informative, and professional. We will be customers for life and will happily refer to our friends and family as well. Thank you!
