If I could give 10 stars, I would! We have been working with Cool Guyz for several years and at this point I would not trust anyone else! The lady at the office is prompt making appointments, Cory the technician is surely a ROCK STAR, he is patient, punctual and very professional. Hobest company! Superb service!

Exceptional company. You don’t have to ever worry about them telling you that you need to replace it when you don’t. I had an extremely old unit. It’s a 2000 model. Cool guys have helped me get every bit I could have possibly gotten out of it. They’ve repaired it the last couple years and I was able to get by without having to replace it as old as it was. This past year the repair was just going to be too expensive to put into such an old unit, clearly it was time hitting 20 yrs old. They did an exceptional job. Even replace some rotting wood around the unit that was in my garage. Very reasonable in their price. Honestly I know I couldn’t have possibly found a better deal. They’re all very kind and professional. Thank you so much for all the help!

Not the most friendly and can be rude. They never sent me an invoice and followed up 4 months later. When i called back the accountant said I must have received it otherwise I wouldn’t have called (?!) I told her I called back because they left a voicemail. Don’t use unless you wanna pay 4% for using credit card to pay.
