  Bad service. UPS - looks like the mark in their database WAS a technical mistake. Fixed in another company and pain $850, just as expected. First of all, the unit never had to be touched, at all. So.....they absolutely COULD perform the work, if they bothered to ask the technician what happened. Second, they told us there is a possible leak and we need a refill (around $900), but the second opinion showed we had enough of freon in the unit, no need to fill it at all. And they never identified the problem with thermostat (which is weird since they HAD a record about it) and with the rotor.

  Since the initial writing of this revirew, Devon, the Sales Manager, reached out to me to discuss my dissatisfaction. He hand delivered a check to reimburse me the cost of repairs post installation. He seemed genuinely concerned about the lack of response and ownership the bell team took for the issues post repair and I believe he will take steps to work with his team. This has gone some way to help improve my perception of Cool Guys Air Conditioning & Heating.
