  Our furnace was unresponsive to calls for heat and as a result, we were without heat for two days. Though the next available appointment was one week away, Stephen changed his schedule to accommodate our urgent need. When Stephen arrived, he took time to meticulously troubleshoot the problem and went above and beyond what most HVAC repair persons would do. He also answered all of my (many) questions. I would highly recommend Cool Comfort Services for all your HVAC needs! And a BIG thank you to Stephen for his professionalism and fixing our problem and getting us out of the cold!   Woke up to 43 degrees on the thermostat and could see our breath in the kitchen! We called Steve and he was there in just a few hours and fixed my furnace quickly to get us back up and running! I would absolutely recommend this to any friend. Huge comfort knowing we can call them in a pinch!

  Great service for my Ductless heat pump, the tech came and fixed my heat pump and got me up and running until we install new Daikin system. Got me Big Mass Save rebate and brand new efficient Daikin mini split system. Highly recommend Cool Comfort Services.
