  Always had great experience with Cool Care. Last Christmas Eve they came and installed a new system since our heat just quit working. They are coming tomorrow to work under the house. I know they will do a great job! ***Clayton just came out and got our thermostat back up. They got us as soon as possible. We are so happy we called Cool Care a couple of years ago. Thank you Clayton!

  I was very impressed with cool care all the way around! The front office staff was very delightful to work with and prompt in getting back to me when I had questions. Being a female living alone it is very hard trusting certain companies to not take advantage of you when it comes to work being done and prices. After having two bad experiences with two over HVAC companies I decided to try cool care and I am so happy I did. Not only was my entire unit replaced in one day but my technician "John" was so kind and helpful. The day after my unit was put in, all of the electricity in my house went out. I called John and he came out and looked to see if the new unit had anything to do with this issue. Come to find out I had a loose wire in one of my electrical sockets that he fixed out of the kindness of his heart on a Saturday! He could have easily left and told me to call an electrician. I have had my unit for about two months now and I have noticed a difference in my bill as well. I am beyond happy with Cool Care and will not only refer them to anyone I know but continue to use them!

  My technician was Matthew Nelson. He and his partner were fantastic. They completed the work quickly with minimal impact to me or my working from home. Matthew has been the technician to come to my house every time I have needed something from Cool Care and has never let me down. Would definitely recommend you ask for him.
