  I was past due on purchasing an A/C unit for my home. The unit was 17-years old and finally “tap-out”. I contacted several contractors and received several quotes but my wife noticed Cool Atmosphere within the community. Lets just say she definitely picked a winner. Nick came by and inspected my unit and advised me what he could offer; no sales pitch or anything out of the ordinary. He was a good guy and I felt he was very trustworthy. He explained Christy would send me an estimate of options to choose from that would be best for my budget. They were very detailed on the description of each of the 5 options and her signature block was a “touch of class”. The Techs, Quality Assurance Representative all knew their job and educated me on the intricate details of the installation. You really don’t see that now and these days. They were pure professionals. Finally, Christy is a breath of fresh air being patient with ALL my questions and promptly responding and follow-up to ensure everything was fine. They restored and reassured me there still are businesses who care about their customers. Cool Atmosphere is meticulous, takes accountability, and educates you on the services you requested & purchased. I strongly suggest you give them a shot and keep up the awesome work Cool Atmosphere.

  Great company. Have used multiple times and have always had a good experience. My A/C unit broke down today. They responded same day. Technician came out early. He was professional, friendly, and very clearly knew his stuff. He explained everything he was doing. Resolved my issue in just over an hour and vowed to come back out ASAP if for some reason the fix did not "stay fixed". Price was incredibly fair. I wish every service company was like Cool Atmosphere.

  Okay, these people are amazing! They came to my house within a couple hours of me calling. My AC wasn't cooling my house, and I had already had one company come diagnose it and never call me back. The techs were professional, polite, and wore masks the entire time. They explained in detail what was causing the issue, and explained the estimated cost of the work, getting my approval before doing anything. I've had four different companies work on my AC in the past two years, and I can honestly say I will only ever call Cool Atmosphere to come back. The techs did an amazing job (love the cold house!) and Kristie, the owner/dispatch was so polite, understanding, and quick when it came to getting someone out to check on the AC. Call this company if you need HVAC help, they're the real deal!
