I walked into our office building this morning and had no heat. I called Cook's Heating and Cooling and they came out within 30 minutes. They fixed our heat quickly and were very professional. I will only be using them from now on!

John, our technician, was AWESOME!! Smack in the middle of summer and our heat pump stops working. The staff at Cook’s were super friendly and our repair was completed quickly! Cook’s will be our HVAC service provider from now on! Thank you!!

Great choice for our HVAC needs!!! If anyone has any HVAC needs or is unhappy with their current relationship I can highly recommend Cook's Heating and Cooling out of Rural Hall. It's a well accredited family owned and operated business that provides that personal touch. They were prompt, thorough and easy to get a hold of. They were willing to negotiate and got me the best price that I could find among several quotes, installing my new heat pump quicker than any of the others. Thanks Cook's!
