  Very professional and courteous. More than 33 years of experience. Had an issue that was preventing my A/C from switching to cooling mode. He methodically worked through the various components until we discovered that it was the Nest Thermostat. Replaced it with a temporary thermostat on the spot. Highly recommended.

  Cook's heating and air service is impeccable! My HVAC outdoor fan was not working in June 2020, no cool air at all. I searched for a local HVAC repair near my home in Sunderland, MD and found Mr. Cook and his professional service team. He came out to my house the same day I called him, pointed out and helped me understand the problems. He then gave me the lowest price, compared to 3 other companies in the area, for the same Goodman 14 seer unit. Installation was quick and error free. I highly recommend this company for your AC or heating repairs. Thanks Cook!

  Great guy, very informative. I wanted my hvac/ heat pumps serviced due, to just buying a house in Sunderland Maryland. He was very professional and explained the new system to me and all the functions and cleaned and serviced the unit. Will def call again if I have any problems!
