  Our heater wasn’t working right and I called Cooks. When I did Paul came out and was very informative and tentative to the issue. He took his time double checking all the parts to assure it was working properly and even replaced additional parts to guarantee it would work. Highly recommend them for all ac/heat needs

  Never disappointed with Cooks. Always responsive and always fair. Called on a Saturday and got their answering service (real human) and after they got my info I had a callback from the tech (Bobby) in 4 Minutes. He called when he was 30 minutes away and was exactly on time. Had me back up and running in a flash. No reason to look elsewhere.

  Paul is amazing! He had my A/C fixed in no time flat. Very thankful for him being so knowledgeable and explaining the process of repair to me. I recommend this company and him 100x over!
