  Excellent professional service!!! The Technician that came out to my home was super helpful, as well as honest in explaining why my ac/heater was making sounds like it was dieing. Thankfully, nothing at all had to be fixed and is actually operating correctly. Even though i paid for a after hours fee, it was well worth it to know there was nothing wrong. Great experience and learning lesson. I will continue to call Cook's ac/heater company for future repairs or not. * I bought my unit back in 2017 and is still running great.

  AC was low on Freon. Matt came out and recharged the system. Very nice fellow - professional, courteous and knowledgeable. $85 to come, which I thought was high, but I guess that's the going rate. We're considering signing up with Cook's for service contracts for both our units. I do recommend Cook's.

  Came same day we called, explained everything he was doing, made sure we knew how to use our new thermostat and explained all the work he did. Very professional, cleaned up after himself, very happy with this company.
