I have been a customer for Cooks Heating & Air  since 2013. The staff has been wonderful over the years and has been very helpful and quick to fix with any work that needed done from furnace and A/C replacement to plumbing that I have needed done.  Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had an entire new HVAC system installed and Cook was so wonderful to work with! The guys were very professional during install and the gentleman who did my quote was wonderful to work with! They are clearly dedicated to helping their customers get their needs met within any budget. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had to have meter box replaced asap from time of estimate to work being done was less than a week only because they had to wait on light company. They were here on time only charged what estimate was.

Troy is very Professional. He really did a thorough job of checking out my AC.  Found it to be in great condition because of the yearly maintenance by him and other Cook employees.  Couldn't have been better! And, I couldn't be more satisfied with their work.

We had discovered a leak in our AC drain so I did a search of local AC repair companies.  I saw that Cook Home Services had a lot of good reviews so I called.  Hoping to get on the waitlist   since it was Friday afternoon, I was more than pleasantly surprised to hear that a technician would be out that day.  The two young men who came out were very friendly and professional and got my AC back up and running. And on a hot July day that was extremely important.  Cook Home Services is my new go-to!!

A technician named Tommy came to do maintenance on our water heater, as well as do an overall check of our lines and basement. He was punctual, friendly, helpful in recommendations for other found issues, and professional. Making an appointment was easy, convenient, and both the day before reminders and notifications of when he was on his way were very helpful. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to using Cook Home Services again in the future!
