  Jay came to give us an estimate for a whole house heat pump system with installation of all ductwork. He gave a courtesy call on his way here, and arrived within the time frame he had given. He was very knowledgeable, making sure we understood our options, and thoroughly answered all questions. He also took the time to explain exactly how he would proceed with the job. His follow up call to see if we had any further questions was very polite, not pushy at all.

  We had Jay install a new heating system for our apartments, a brand called Triangle Tube Prestige. Less than a year later, it started shutting down, naturally in the cold months. Jay came out two or three times but the problem continued. My last five or six calls went unanswered. At witts end I called Burton Sheet Metal. They found that the system was not installed properly and the outside air sensor was installed indoors! BSM professionally corrected everything. Beware!

  Problem with heat pump not working. They came out and figured out what was wrong. Told Me He would be back the next day to fix. Three days went buy, never showed up or called. I called Him back and told to keep the part and do not come back. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
