  Previous owner used this company, decided to give them a shot. They were very responsive, on time, and descriptive in what was fixed, their policies and prices, and answered all questions we had. When we had an issue with our heat not working, they arrived and corrected the issue within a few hours. They installed a hole-house humidifier and I can already tell the difference in the air around my home. I highly recommend Conway to anyone.

  Anthony Pickett arrived at my home today right on time to perform our yearly spring check up. I had a question about our thermostat which Anthony patiently troubleshooted and showed me what to adjust. The system check was done and I feel confident we will be worry free until the next time Anthony returns to perform the fall check up! Anthony has been our Comfort Tech for several years now and I always ask for him! He's great!!

  Outstanding service. I had Conway fix the furnace & AC in my rental property. It's an older unit, but they fixed it, and it's been going strong since. Friendly, courteous technician. Explained everything well. Clean, professional work.
