  I called around 1pm after explaining that I have prior commitments later this afternoon my technician Mr. Rex showed up before 2pm. He was very professional and down to earth. Got start to work and fixed the issue as well of informing me of other services that they provide and education me on yearly maintenance that can prolong my unit's life. I highly recommend Conway Air Conditioning and their technician Mr.Rex .

  When looking for a AC company Conway Air came highly recommend by several of my friends. I am glad I listened to them. This is the most professional and personable company I have ever dealt with. From the nice lady that answered my first call, to Andy who came out to give an estimate to the installers! I had to call the day after the unit was installed bc something wasn’t right and even tho the company was closed for Good Friday their guys came out in no time to figure out what was wrong. The problem was no fault of theirs, it was a manufacturer issue (which happens) but they found the problem and fixed it in no time. These guys were awesome as well. If you are looking for a great, caring and professional company this is the one! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you Conway Air for everything!

  The experience was excellent. Rex called prior to arriving letting us know he was on his way. He arrived at the appointment time, maybe a little sooner. Rex was very professional as well as friendly and helpful. If I had any questions about what he was doing he was very willing to answer them. Very pleased with this experience and will call them again if any issues arise with my HVAC system.
