  Our jacuzzi broke and flooded the bathroom and downstairs below causing major damage. We were in need of immediate help. we have used controlled hydronics in the past with success as a local reputable business. Unfortunately this business no longer is responsible, trustworth, or reputable. After taking our ticket, they scheduled work 2 weeks out. 4 weeks later with multiple promises and rescheduling of dates to fix the issue they have just canceled the job. This once good local business has clearly become a victim of poor and irresponsible business practice. Both front office staff and plumbers displayed a lack of responsibility or ethics. I encourage anyone who looks for professional and responsive plumbing help to stay away.

We have been plagued by a shortage of qualified technicians and after trying diligently to get to your problem, we realized that it was not right to keep putting you off, so we felt it would be in your best interest to try and get another contractor who might be able to help you sooner.
