  Josh is phenomenal. He really knows his stuff. You're not going to find a better HVAC pro. I had 6 bids done on this house, removing two systems (upstairs and downstairs) and replacing with a single large system for the whole house including all new ductwork for the bottom floor. Josh was one of only two individuals that gave me confidence that they really understood the job and accounted for everything. He honestly knew my house better than I did. He was very thorough in analyzing the job and communicating his ideas and thoughts to me. Beyond that, Josh was incredibly patient with me as I evaluated different options and equipment and he ran several scenarios and bids for me. He also walked me through the different options and gave his recommendations on what would be best for my home. He provided detailed line item bids. Highly recommend him. Josh is using high quality, top of the line equipment as well. I ended up taking a slightly lower bid from the other guy but Josh was competitive. He really does have my full confidence and I'd not hesitate for a moment to have him do a job. Honestly if you're looking for someone to do the job right, Josh is your man.
