Today was my first interaction with Control Specialties. They were professional, efficient, and helpful in explaining some unfamiliar aspects of my system (I am new to my house). They offered a service contract but did not push it; their services were fairly priced. Overall I was very happy with the outcome and will definitely use them again.

Byron and his team at Control Specialties of Asheville have been a godsend for our company on several occasions. I work for a company based out of the Triangle, but we have many customers in Asheville and the surrounding areas. There have been times where we have urgent service calls from our customers in the mountains and what they need cannot wait the 4 hours it will take for our technician to get there, so we have reached out to Control Specialties. Each time they have been so accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. My own experience with Byron and everyone in their office has been so pleasant. They are kind and happy to help with everything we need. Our customers that they have serviced have been super happy with the service they provide too, which is the most important. As a company, we don't trust just anyone with our customers, but we always know they will be taken care of right with Control Specialties of Asheville. We have partnered with them multiple times in the past and I know we will continue to reach out in the future should the need arise. You can't go wrong with Control Specialties!

We have had multiple great experiences with Control Specialties. From servicing our old worn out system through the years to getting a new one installed this year, they are always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.
