The owner is amazing as well as all of the employees we met! They were able to come out on the weekends and evenings within an hour of me calling them! Extremely helpful and very reasonable in pricing. Gave us tips on how to keep the furnace running when it was breaking so our house didn't get as cold while they waited for parts to come in. Explained everything thoroughly and checked all registers and vents and went through everything with us so we knew what to look for and what to do in summer vs winter. So happy to have our new furnace for the rest of the Winter!

We called around and I liked the reviews for Conrad’s and I was not disappointed! They came out same day wishing 2 hours of me calling, on a Saturday! The tech was very nice professional and explained everything that was going on! They did not only find the cause of the problem but found out we had a heat pump that was not installed correctly which is why it’s never worked right! We will be having them back out for that and for maintenance for heating and cooling from here on out! Highly recommend!!!

I used Conrad's to repair my HVAC system and was very impressed with the professionalism. They were here when they said they would be, they were very courteous, informative, and honest. I will use again and recommend to anyone who needs service.
