  We've used Connell's twice in the past year and both times they have been great to work with. The first time was for a bad solenoid on our unit and the second time was for a bad valve on the unit. Both times they came out within on day (they offered to come out the same day but we were not home at the time) and got us squared away. They are very professional and honest. I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

  I was not going to review but I was overcharged and repair did NOT last a month. 1. I did not know much about HVAC so called this business and they came out diagnosed within 5 mins on site. 2. The tech pointed out that “air pressure” area would be the problem and told me that they will call later to give me price. 3. Quoted me for little shy of $500 and I accepted it due to lack of knowledge on HVAC system. 4. I was not home when the tech came and my wife told me that tech was done less than 10 mins of working (12/22/2021). 5. Called the tech that why I was charged so much for the part that cost around $40~50 online and told me that I was charged for his knowledge and experience on HVAC. 6. Here am I on 01/16/2022 3am, Heater not working and walked to the unit and found out “air pressure switch” not working by blinking light.

  The entire experience was AMAZING! We had an old “Dinosaur” System...when it finally crashed, I called the Office in the AM and Angela was able to send someone out within a couple of hours that same day. Matt was completely thorough in his diagnosis and we agreed that a NEW system was necessary. They were able to schedule the installation within the next week. The ENTIRE Staff that came out to install were AMAZING from start to finish. Everyone arrived on time, completed the job in a timely manner and left my home spotless! Matt explained the new thermostat and did a final inspection before leaving. Later that I afternoon, Angela called from the Office to check on the Service and to provide me with the warranty information. My sincere THANKS to everyone! I totally recommend Connell’s for all your Cooling and Heating needs!
