  Horrible customer service! I’ve needed propane since Monday. I called & they said they would be out Tuesday. I watched the delivery driver go by my house because the night before we had an inch of snow & there was still snow at the bottom of the driveway. When I called Wednesday they said they would reroute the ticket. Thursday I called again they said Friday. Still nothing. I don’t understand what there problem is. I have Amazon & Fed Ex coming up our driveway. Maybe they need to hire a driver that can actually drive. We have a shared driveway & our neighbors received their oil delivery. Cutting ties with this company!!

  We have had nothing but problems getting deliveries from this company. We cook, heat the house, and our hot water heater is all powered by propane. Unfortunately this company will let you run out of propane in the middle of winter before putting you on their emergency list. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

  I had a good experience back when I had them install my house generator and new propane tanks. Prices were reasonable and service was relatively prompt. Unfortunately, I just received a bill after an automatic refill where they charged me $6.08 per gallon of propane. This is 44% higher than the average cost of propane in CT ($4.22) as of 4/13/2022 ... This seems to be a common practice from companies like this. These people are thieves and I will not be doing business with them in the future.
