I'd had several companies come to my home needing to convert my heating/air system but was not comfortable with either the representative or the estimates being provided. This was a big project for me and I did not understand it all even with doing my own research. Once Ed visited my home and went over the services I felt an ease. He was easy to talk, very polite and spent the time, without a sense of rush, to answer all my questions and concerns. Even after the work was complete I had additional questions about my loan. I call the office, speaking with Kait a few times and she provided all I needed. Being so available after service are complete, is the kind of service that goes beyond the norm these days! I'm very thankful to Conn Mechanical and also for the person who recommended me to Pomona Oil, who recommended me to Conn Mechanical. Diane

On july 1st south jersey gas rolled out a new finacing plan, so instead of taking a chunk out of my savings I got the list of contractors to try and find out more information on this program, I called CMS and scheduled a free estimate. Day came, Ed showed up, he arrived late but I understand the busines and how things can take longer once on the road. He checked out the system, took pictures, said he was going on vaca but I should have the estimate in a weeks time. A week rolled by and no estimate, but it is their busy season so I waited 2 weeks before calling. Called the office explaining the situation, she took my name number email. Waited 2 more weeks Still nothing, called today, 8/3/21 and explained it again but when it started to sound as if it was a issue to get the estimate I told them nevermind and I'd go elsewhere. 2 stars for Ed being very professional and courteous while at my house.

Hi Mr. Bennett, I apologize but yes we were totally swamped with customers that had no air conditioning and I did prioritize those customers over customers who had running air conditioning systems and were looking for heating systems. The new programs are still not 100% so we have not started implementing them just yet, our office just had a meeting with some of the program coordinators to verify and address our concerns. Again I am sorry I did not meet your expectations but I felt it was my duty to take care of the people that were broken down with no air conditioning first. We strive to make every experience with our company a positive one and sincerely apologize for not letting you know that proposals and program rollouts were taking way longer than anticipated. I highly recommend Conn Mechanical. This company was so great to work with. They were extremely responsive when our AC failed. Conn Mechanical has the best customer service of any company I have ever worked with.
