  What a difference a day can make! They have done it again. Our garage they completed two years ago still looks perfect. This week we had the crew back to complete our back patio. The patio went from gross stained, cracked, mildewed concrete to a beautiful color coordinated slip resistant surface in one day. We look forward to enjoying our back yard this spring and for years to come. The crew arrived on time and finished by cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend Concrete Coatings for any concrete surfacing project, garage, sidewalks, barn floors, and more.

  The original pool was installed in 1984, we added more concrete decking, yet the concrete didn't match; the deck from 84 was old, the aggregate was wearing through, very uncomfortable to walk on or even look at! The crew was terrific! They welcomed questions, were extremely knowledgeable! Highly professional and fun to be around. The application being a pool deck needed some finer details than a garage or workshop! When asked to add some fine detailing to the project, they gladly made suggestions and did the job with perfection!!! As a retired business owner, and very picky about products I buy, I'm shocked at the results and with the entire company!! This is what AMERICAN COMPANIES ARE SUPPOSE TO BE!!! People that work for this company are what made this country great!!

  We decided on concrete coatings to resurface our patio area. The company did great, professional work even though they had to return for a second day to complete the job. Dan, my sales rep was professional, not pushy and was very patient with us during our decision making process. Danny who called for our scheduling seemed very distracted while on the phone with me, and told me I would receive a call from him the Friday before our scheduled date “Monday” to confirm the date, so I could remove all of my furniture and grills off the patio. I never received this call and I decided to call Dan “the sales rep” Sunday afternoon to see if the weather would allow our work to get done. He confirmed the job and I spent Sunday evening moving furniture. Not a big deal, but I would prefer having clear, timely communication during jobs like this, Between Danny seeming distracted and not following up to let me know if we were a go for the install, and being told it was a 1 day job “that my wife took off of work to be here for” and ended up being 2 days which she had to leave work to make payment we just seemed a little “put out”. Communicating the possibilities of these issues up front would have been very much appreciated and we could have expected some changes. During the install the crew that was here was very professional, left with the back yard just as they found it, no dust or debris left behind which was great!! They returned Tuesday morning and completed the job and it looks fantastic. I definitely plan to use concrete coatings again on other projects I have in the future. I would recommend this company to friends and relatives as well, because they do great work and clean up after themselves.
