  Greg is the owner at that time gave me 100% new furnace system to include ductwork. The upgraded style furnace and AC works excellent. Only as part of your bid have taping or sealing of all type ductwork joints included. As I did after the fact

  Our heat went out on a Friday. Saturday we called and someone came out to check it out. It wasn't fixable and we had to replace the furnace. We finalized the deal Thursday and at 7:30 am Tuesday they came out to replace it. We were able to get a 2 stage furnace, ac coil and pending ac unit (install in spring) for hundreds less than other places. Everyone was super friendly and the job was complete in about 5 hours. I know it's a busy time of year so it probably took a couple extra days, and since we had space heaters it was okay. They did a good job and left everything tidy when they were done. Follow up to my review... a couple weeks ago I got a phone call to schedule our AC install. They came out the next morning and installed the unit. They had it done by the time I returned home in the early afternoon. They cleaned up all the materials that were needed to do the job. My old unit was from like 74, some I'm sure this will be more energy efficient. Great company to work with, projects were completed carefully and quickly. I would recommend them, especially because out of all the companies I called they were the only ones to promptly help us and were less expensive than another company. Also, I got thank you flowers delivered today and that was just an extra sweet step they took. I was happy enough with having heat and AC for my home, but to really take that extra step was nice and the flowers brought a smile to my face.
