I have their maintenance plan. Fred always does a thorough job of checking, cleaning and maintaining our 2 units. We had a problem today and Fred was out and promptly repaired our problem. I have confidence that they don't unnecessarily try to just sell us a new unit. He takes the time to explain and suggest the repair. Had it up and running in no time. My entire family in Jupiter uses this company. Trust worthy and professional.

When you wake up in Florida and the temperature in your condo is 80+ degrees you know you need help. Complete Comfort was the first company I called and the gave me an appointment within the next two hours. Josh was excellent. He arrived at the scheduled time, checked out the a/c unit on the roof and found the leak quickly. He also called the units manufacturer and was told that it was still under warranty. He then ordered the part and gave me a complete total price for the upcoming repair including the cost of using a crane to lift the unit up to the roof. The technicians could not be more professional and courteous. Josh went above and beyond more than any a/c technician I ever had. I would gladly recommend Complete Comfort to anyone that needs any type of HVAC work.

Has been our AC company for several years. First experience was a minor repair on an old unit. We went back to them when it was time for a new install and their price was great compared to the competition. Since then Bain has been providing regular maintenance to the new unit ensuring its efficiency and compliance with the manufacturer warranty requirements. He’s friendly, very thorough, and informative. Really great customer service!
