I’ve been using Complete Air for the last 15 years and they have never let me down. Recently I received a call from Connie who told me I had been chosen to receive a new ac/heating unit for FREE…that’s right….FREE !!! Needless to say this has been a blessing like no other. Connie and Doug are some of the most honest, dependable, reliable and friendliest people you will ever meet. I’ll be using them to service this unit just like I always have. Thank you Connie and Doug for taking care of me all these years and for the special blessing you’ve given me. May God bless you both, Peggy Fertgus.

My A/C stopped working one evening & I contacted them. The next morning I contacted them and they could not commit to come out due to the heavy rain conditions. An hour later they sent a repair man (Doug) even though it was still raining. Doug used a large umbrella to cover him while working on the A/C unit. The problem was a bad capacitor which Doug quickly replaced and the A/C was repaired. This was excellent service in bad weather conditions.

Had issues with my air conditioner once arriving at our beach house on a Friday afternoon. I wanted to work with a local family run business and wound up calling Complete Air Conditioning. One of the best decisions I've ever made. Doug showed up at my residence the next morning at 7:30 AM. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Had my unit going in no time. We talked about replacing my unit, at my request, and Doug was so thorough explaining the different options available. I cannot stress enough, if you have AC issues and don't call Complete AC, expect to pay a lot more money for no where near the service. Through the years I have used three other AC repair companies in PCB. None comes close to the customer service and price I received from Complete AC.
