  For months I have been asking this place for assistance and I have been turned away even though I knew there were funds available everyone is not the same working for this organization except this lady that is in control of the electric bill assistance.She kept telling me even though I am disabled that I needed a turn off notice every time I called now we all know that caller I.d. still exists and she would turn me away yes I am African American and she is cocasion so I spoke to my cocasion friend about the situation and she stated that she didn't need no turn off notice matter of fact she was credited 265 dollars on her bill .If this isn't racial profile then I would love someone to tell me what it is.🤔🤔🤔. Haven't heard the last from me we as a community don't need nobody like her working for a place that supposed to help anyone no matter of their skin color this is donated money and it's not hers
