  The reason for the one star is because I was very disappointed in not receiving the service requested. The appointment was rescheduled by the owner and on the day that she rescheduled it for I never heard from the owner after that. I was looking forward to giving Spickety Span my business, but was not given the opportunity to do so.

  I'm sorry you have NOT EVER, and let me stress you have not ever used my service before because I would know you if so. I'm the owner so you do have the wrong cleaning service by mistake I'm assuming. I'm sorry you had an awful experience with whatever service you used though but you have NOT EVER been one of my clients.
