  I have used Eric for some HVAC jobs at my residence and for work in the past. The most recent one involved the air conditioner going out in my office at work. After figuring out the whole unit needed replacing (ptac style unit), he let me know the cost and what not. Once I got it approved, I called him on a Monday morning and told him to get it coming since he would have to order it and pick it up from his distributor. On Wednesday morning he called me and told me he was outside with the new unit. It took him less than 20 minutes to remove the old unit and install the new unit. He even vacuumed out the wall sleeve to remove debris and what not that had collected over the years. Always have had the best experience when dealing with Eric and would recommend him for any commercial equipment needs
