  I called them and they came. Their techs aren't rude. That's about the best I can say. They came, charged me for 2 hours to tell me to order 2 parts myself and they would come back. The parts cost me about $150. Then they came back and charged me for 2 hours of work. An hour later my equipment stopped working. $500 and I'm in the same place I started. I will never call them again and I recommend you don't either if you want your stuff actually fixed.

  These guys are the most professional techs I’ve ever delt with. Kind, knowledgeable, friendly, clean. Arrived promptly and repaired my equipment and charged a fair price. Highly recommended.
