  Tod does ALL of our work for our home and our rental home. Always efficient, does high quality work, describes options we have, very reasonable, and always friendly (no matter what time of the day/night we need him. I have recommended him to many others and they are always thankful that I did.

  Tod is a man of his word. When we call Tod, we know he will be fair and honest with his assessment and price. I have recommended Tod to my family and friends and will continue to do so. Tod is always prompt and courteous. “Comfort Zone”, how appropriate! We are always in our “Comfort Zone” calling Tod for help and knowing he will take care of us and stand behind his work.   I would definitely recommend Comfort Zone. Honest and quality work. Tod was patient with us and worked with insurance company. He even wrote a summary letter to submit to our claim. Cash, check or charge. Tod's my guy for all heating and cooling needs. Thanks Bud 👍
