Very, very disappointing experience with Comfort Zone. As a property owner I had been using heavily every month to maintain my properties. They are very premium-priced, but would show up. However, the last job that I had them on for a $1600 repair did not last two weeks. I had to call three times to get a response from Jason. I wasn't asking for my money back, but I wanted to work out a deal going forward given I spent $1600 for really nothing except burst water pipes as the house froze. Jason ended up telling me that I talked them into doing the job. Whaaaat? There are better services out there, companies that stand behind their service, and I'd strongly encourage you to shop.

I would give this company no stars if I could. They went to a 90 year old man's house that was having trouble with his furnace in 7 degree weather. Told him that it was the blower, but they didn't have the part. Then they said that he really needed a new furnace and tried to sell him a new system that day. He said that he would have to think about it for that kind of money. They then left the furnace shut down because of CO2 danger. He had no heat for over 24 hours. He called another company that came over and replaced the blower and said that they inspected the furnace and it was in good shape and no need to replace it. The Non-Customer-Service Person that was contacted after this at Comfort was rude, sarcastic and condescending. In my opinion, this was a scam by Comfort as they tried to sell a new furnace when it wasn't needed. In my opinion this was attempted because the gentleman was elderly. In my opinion they were trying to scam the elderly! Stay away from this company at all costs!!!!!!!!!

I recently had the team from Comfort Zone inspected my furnace and they pointed out several mistakes the original installer made when he put the furnace in 3 yrs ago along with the fact that the furnace was way over sized for the structure. The furnace is much quieter now and runs like it was designed to.
