I am a local Property Manager and our company manages on average over 250 rental properties. I have worked with Kenny and his crew for about 5 years now and Comfort Zone remains my top choice. The prices are extremely competitive. The crew is professional. They are on time and in an emergency situation you better believe they will be there. I refer them to anyone I know that needs any type of HVAC service.

I have been dealing with this company for almost 5 years. My experience has been great. The owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable about heating and A/C. He installed a complete gas pack and all duct work for about half the price of everyone else. When I was deployed overseas my A/C fan blade sheared off after a stick fell on my unit. My wife and children were without A/C and very uncomfortable. I got a hold of him via text from the middle of the Mediterranean Sea and he was at my house 2 hours later. He fixed the unit the following day because of the need of a part. I have recommended this company to many of my friends in the area and he has done them all well.

They are absolutely horrible. How can you come to someone’s house in flip flops wanting to work. They came to my house suppose to change my coil in the attic and showed up in flip flops shorts and tank top. Looked unprofessional. They made every excuse as possible. Kept putting me off and off. After 3 weeks later month later They said they didn’t want to do the work so they left. Worst company ever. Recommend not to use these worthless company.
Response from the owner
First visit we diagnosed a leaking coil, while waiting for your home warranty company to locate and deliver a coil , they became past due on several thousand dollars to us for previous jobs and when you called for update on coil I explained to you that your home warranty company would be sending a different company to complete repairs, which you seemed to understand at the time that nobody wants to continue to work for free, so this post became a bit of a shocker. Flip flops were worn for 2 weeks due to a minor foot injury but not severe enough to miss work over so for that I do apologize. Under normal circumstances we are dressed appropriately for our trade.
