  This was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Not only was the company extremely difficult to get a hold of, but the technician they sent out was late for our service call. We were dealing with them through a home warranty claim and the technician spent two hours rambling and taking my husband all over our house pointing out things we could do with our AC in the future instead of just fixing what we needed to get our AC up and going. He found wires clipped at our unit and told us someone had to have done that deliberately (which was a big deal since we had just purchased the home). He chose not to write it in the report saying he was "trying to do the right thing" which I disagree with. When I asked him to please record in the diagnosis exactly what he had found he started to argue with me and then left. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  Unit stopped working exactly one week after it was installed! I called him about the issue he told me to do the best I could to keep cool. Explained that the unit that was installed was known to have small leaks that didn't show up until later on. He said it would be a week or more before he could look at it. I tried to call him again 3 times to follow up and he would no longer answer my calls. Not sure where all the "5 Star" reviews came from but they didn't get the same service I got.
