  The technician Steve is highly rude and unprofessional. He thinks it is okay to yell and scream at customers and then turn around and act like he didn’t after being confronted about it. Just because Steve could not get the job done correctly he took his anger out on innocent customers that were not once rude to him. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER speak to a customer like he has nor would I allow any of my employees to. Steve has a lot of anger issues he needs to deal with before stepping into another home. I am leaving this review in hopes that customers will go do business with anyone else that values them and their feelings.. because this place clearly does not!

  Outstanding service! I called and they came right on out on the same day! I had another issue where my unit was not fully cooling after the service call the next day, and they came right back out and got my unit running perfectly!

  Very knowledgeable/friendly owner and service reps. Very reasonable prices for services and equipment. Have had Comfort Tech service and repair our HVAC equipment for the past 16 years. Best in the Thomasvile, NC area.
