  John answered my call in the middle of the night to help my get my furnace running. He then came first thing in the morning to make repairs. Excellent service! Thank you John.

  2nd time I have tried to schedule service and a check up and both times nobody called me back to schedule. The last time John did call a few weeks later and left a voicemail and said he was having issues with his answering service and asked if I still needed service. It was too late as I called someone else. This last time has now been about 2 weeks and yet no return call for scheduling so again I have called someone else. I have used John since about 2000. He either needs a new answering service or more help. You know the old saying fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
