  Gene did a fabulous job. I called regarding a hot water heater leak and Gene came out immediately, assessed the problem and had it fixed the next day. Had to order a new heater, which arrived that afternoon. He was back out the next morning. He went the extra mile and I highly recommend him and Comfort Solutions. We were extremely satisfied.

  I would not recommend Comfort Solutions. After spending A LOT of money on repairing a water heater, I ended up having to replace the water heater. I spent as much on the unnecessary repairs as I did replacing it. I basically paid for two water heater replacements when it was said and done. I requested a call from the owner on multiple occasions which, 60 days later, has still not happened. I am very disappointed. I didn't want to argue my bill and was very clear about that. I just wanted to express some frustration and what I thought was more judgement on the tech's part that came out. Still no phone call. Jennifer in the office was always helpful and professional but I would not recommend. We ended up using another company for the replacement because I didn't trust Comfort Solutions any longer. EDIT: The owner did reach out to me after I wrote this review and I appreciate that phone call. Our corporate office should have been more communicative in the decision making process and this may have been resolved differently.

I am sorry you and Kory were unable to have that conversation, however I can attest to the fact that he did call your office multiple times, leaving a message each time requesting you to call back. I am not sure why you didn't get those messages. As for the repairs, my technicians were doing what your manager on site told them to do. They were very clear with Dan at the storage facility, explaining the repairs would not be cost effective and the unit would ultimately need to be replaced. Dan told them to do the repairs and that is what we did. I apologize for your frustration and I am glad you were able to find someone to handle the situation in a manner to your liking. You are most welcome at any time to call the office and speak with Kory regarding your issues.   Highly recommend Comfort Solutions! We had a plumbing emergency and Jennifer was so helpful when I called the office first thing in the morning. Gene was able to come out right away, he diagnosed the problem and we formulated a game plan. Our issue took a couple of visits to completely resolve, as they had to order a specialized part, but Gene was able to stop the leak right away. He had the whole issue resolved much faster than we expected. We are thrilled with the final product and Gene is very skilled at his trade. Everyone we worked with was so nice and treated us like family, they really do care about their customers. Thank you Comfort Solutions team, we appreciate your hard work!
