  Needed a new HVAC system and quoted the job out to numerous companies. Comfort Solutions was by far the best service, knowledge, price and turn around time among the competitors. Matt did a superb job from the sales side; he informed me of everything from beginning to end and even followed up after the install was completed. In addition, he provided me with all the proper rebates and documentation to get even further savings. On the Install; John was awesome as well, super friendly and knowledgeable. He installed the furnace, condenser coil and AC unit. Everyone was onetime, respectful and spent ample time making sure everything was setup correctly. I'm really impressed with service all around and really happy I made the decision to choose Comfort Solutions for this job. Take a look at the pic; the install is super neat and clean; such attention to detail and pride. Great Job; no need to look any further than Comfort Solution is you need a HVAC install or a repair. Thanks again.

  I signed up for contract after getting flyer in mail. Initially they verbally committed for one year so I signed it. Never been even told that it is forever until you cancel. They took money for 14 month. When I cancel they says their policy is not give refund if you have not cancel it within year or before 1 month of completing 1 year. As far as services is concern 3 different service mechanic (did service every 3 months) has different view about the issue they found on 1st service. I thank myself I didn't did expensive repair they suggested on 1st service call. I specifically asked about refund they say no we can't refund you. I READ YOUR REPLY. PLEASE NOTE THAT I NEVER EVER HAS ASKED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICES. IT WAS INCLUDED WHEN BOTH AGREE. YOU NEVER DISCUSSED THAT IT WAS AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED WHEN I SIGNED UP. THIS MEANS IT IS FINE READ. THAT I BELIEVE MY MISTAKE.

  Hi Mr. Patel. Sorry you are not happy with the terms you signed up for. The good news, although you only paid 14 months, you recieved 3 tune-ups at no cost instead of the covered two per year. I have included the terms that are in the invoice you received when you originally purchased the coverage. "Agreement Is For A One Year Term, Billed Monthly And Renews Automatically At Terms End."
