  I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

  Ricks Comfort Solutions is amazing !! Rick and his entire team are very professional and go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. When we ordered our new AC/Heating unit, Tracey was super helpful explaining all our different options and she is always very responsive any time we have a problem. I highly recommend them for all your Heating and AC needs.

  Made the appointment for Navien tankless water heater maintenance by phone; very friendly and efficient. Eugene performed the maintenance at the scheduled time, and did a great job. We discussed aspects of the system, and he provided valuable information and advice. He was most friendly and helpful.
