  We moved into a house with 2 gas fireplaces and I wanted them looked at to be sure all was OK. One was working perfectly, but the other had a low flame. Ray was great in helping me understand how the units work and how to perform basic maintenance in the future. Ray used a spare part in his truck to fix the flame issue on the one unit and even called coworkers for suggestions. Great experience with Comfort Solutions.

  Jason cleaned my fireplace and got it in top shape. I hadn't used it for over a year. Now it looks great and operates perfectly. He was on time, obviously knew what he was doing, explained the options to me before I chose what service to have provided, and cleaned up everything when he was finished. He showed me how to turn on and off the pilot flame so I can do that if I choose. I am very pleased with Jason's service.

  Shane was absolutely wonderful, he came in the house very prepared and new exactly what was wrong with in minutes. He fixed are gas fireplace and installed a blower. Shane is so very nice, he explains everything to you. He is wonderful and comfort solutions is a great honest company and very much worth the wait to get them out to us. Thank you all very much.
