  When the furnace dies at 7:00 pm on New Year’s Day (a Saturday and an outside temperature of 10 degrees) who do you call? Not Ghostbusters, but Comfort Pros. I tried several places and Comfort Pros responded quickly and had a technician out almost immediately. The issue was diagnosed and very quickly repaired. Andy was super cordial, highly knowledgeable, and did a great job. The price was fair, especially for a Saturday night on New Year’s Day. There was a premium added for emergency work, but that was expected, and the total was less than anticipated. Highly recommend Comfort Pros.

  We had a terrible time getting the company out that installed our furnace. Comfort Pros answered their phone right away, the CSR was very pleasant to speak to and she let me know when she could get a tech out. She also gave me the charge to have them come out and what was included. I immediately got a text after hanging up the phone that let me know someone would be out 12:30-2:30. I received a text a little before 11am that a technician was on the way to our house AND I received a call as well. They diagnosed the issue with our furnace and got it taken care of in less than 30 minutes I’d say, and they were very professional. They informed my husband on what was wrong, what they did, and how the pricing worked. This is a great team and we will definitely be using them from now on.

  We are so thrilled with our service. This company squeezed us in with little notice for a couple of repairs before we ended up having to replace our whole system. When they recommended we replace the hvac on Wednesday they were able to get us scheduled with a whole new system and installed that next Monday. 👍👍 Would definitely recommend.
