This winter my HVAC system stopped functioning properly. I spoke with Mark Jenkins at Comfort Professionals and he sent a technician to my home who discovered some safety issues that resulted in my need for a new heat pump system. Mark provided a quote that was fair and answered all of my questions and concerns. Mark also honored their proposal price while allowing me to get my finances in order to proceed with the purchase. I would highly recommend Mark Jenkins and the Comfort Professionals TEAM who were wonderful throughout the entire process. Of course, its f-ing cold and the old heat pump/heating died. Called CP the next morning and sent the out a tech that day, during what is a busy, season to expedite diagnosis and fix if possible. Rather than upselling, he simply told me what he found and the repair vs replace options including costs and time. NO pressure. Here's the options, what would you like to do? Due to the system age and condition, our decision was to replace with a new system despite the estimate of up to 14 days to get it installed. Got a call, we got lucky... they found the one we wanted quickly and would it be OK if they installed the next day! Install went on time and bill was as stated. If these are the types of people you have working for you, KEEP THEM!! The only pressure in this deal, was in the cooling lines, just the way it should be. Thanks!

The experience was great from before the appointment -- our technician, Andrew, communicated his estimated time of arrival. He was prompt and reviewed what he would be working on and made sure any questions/concerns I had were answered. Work area was left clean after he was done.
