  Service was speedy and considerate each step of the way. The appointment was almost immediate, no long wait. I also was kept informed as to when my tech would arrive so that I could leave work to arrive on time, no sitting at home all day waiting. Tim arrived on time, was clean and professional and friendly. He checked everything out explaining what he was doing. He found the issue and repaired it quickly so I could get back to work. He made sure all was working right before he left. I just found myself a new A/C company! I highly recommend them!

  I had been without a/c for over two weeks and the first company I had look at my a/c was less than satisfying to say the least. Ricky came in with Comfort Pro and was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and ensured my a/c was working properly before he left. I was very satisfied with the overall service from Comfort Pro. It is hard to find trustworthy a/c repair, but I did with Comfort Pro and will continue to use them in the future.

  Comfort Pro arrived as scheduled, diagnosed multiple problems and gave us several options and estimated costs. Our unit is so old we decided to try to replace it. Timothy, with Comfort Pro called all over and came up with several good options. With the current supply chain issues this is truly amazing. Timothy could not find the one package unit we had wanted after researching machines. Timothy kept trying for several days constantly updating us with options. We got lucky and our builder friend told us he had the unit we wanted but his crew would have to install it. We went with them. What I really appreciated was Timothy still answering my questions and offering any assistance even after we decided not to use them. This is a company I would definitely recommend. Timothy was honest and professional.
