  I was having trouble with my new smart thermostat and my heating also stopped working on thanksgiving. Comfort monster was able to send someone out that day even though it was a holiday. Apparently a board had short circuited but they were able to navigate the problem until a new circuit panel could be ordered and reinstate my heat. When they came back to install the new panel a couple days later, they also attached the required extra electrical wire to my new thermostat, which now works like a dream. And they noticed there was another piece in the system that was getting old and replaced that as well, free of charger. They sent out two different people and both were very professional, friendly, competent, and timely. Their customer service is stellar— I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again

  I have worked with several companies and so far Comfort Monster is the best. The price for new AC and heating was reasonable and I’m satisfied with their installation. There was a minor defect on the product but technician came out fast even during weekend and fixed it.

  A friend recommended Comfort Monster when I found myself without heat on a weekend and on the coldest day of the year. He said they would respond quickly, but I was skeptical. I was wrong...they answered the phone immediately and scheduled a visit right away. Within 24 hours, my home was, once again, warm & toasty! Oh, and did I mention the extremely reasonable price and the very knowledgeable repair person?!
