I have had two emergency calls for my HVAC unit in the last 12 months. My system is over 12 years old and Comfort Incorporated has been responsive put my system back to work with minimal cost. The first failure was the master board. It was replaced and the system has worked flawlessly. This week my 12 year old thermostat failed. I called and the GM Todd called me back in about 10 minutes. The install for the new thermostat is complete and once again my 12 year old system is working. The crew at Comfort Incorporated is the best. When the time comes to replace my system, they will be the company I call to install a new system.

My husband and I have used Comfort Inc. for a few years now & they continue to be helpful as ever. We've been a part of their yearly maintenance program for about 4 years & have really enjoyed the benefits it has offered. While it's only been twice that we've needed to call on them for a service call, each time they come out that same day! Over the weekend our unit had quit working, Monday we discovered the compressor had fried (possibly during a recent lightening storm); luckily the system was still under warranty! The staff at Comfort Inc handled everything with the warranty company and by noon on Wednesday we had a brand new AC unit outside & a cool home. The staff, both service technicians & office, are always friendly. One of the managers, Todd, is always super personable and easy to work! If you're thinking about joining a maintenance program or are currently having central heat & air issues, I recommend giving these guys a call.

First appointment I made they forgot about it and never showed. The second appointment I made, I had to wait 5 days and when I called to verify if they are coming out they couldn’t make it again and it would have be another week “sometime”. When I have tenants in my rental suffering from Oklahoma heat, this just isn’t acceptable.
