  Nick was extremely helpful in deciding which system to get. After a quick & responsive estimate, my wife and I decided to go with Comfort Heating & Air because of their competitive pricing and professional demeanor. The York system is running amazing, we had a complete heating and AC install. They were in and out in one day. They did a really good job taking apart the old unit and getting it out of a very narrow basement entrance. They did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. Honestly the 10 year parts and labor warranty really sealed the deal. I would highly recommend them.

  Our heater went out during the first cold snap of 2021. I called Comfort Heating and Air and they came out and we learned that our 20 year old system needed to be replaced. They presented us with an awesome deal at a price that I don't think could be beat. After signing on the dotted line they left space heaters to get us through until the new unit could be installed. The installation team arrived and they were amazing. Very friendly and courteous. We have had the unit now for five months now and it we are already saving on our electric bill. We have seen about 25% savings each month with the only change being the system. I will never use another company. Comfort was great to deal with and treated us very well.

  Thank you for your reply, but I did mention when you called to reschedule on Friday that the AC was leaking into my ceiling and had to remove some drywall. If I had turned my AC on again it would continue leaking. So I had explained that we would make due until Monday and that we could make it work under the understanding that you were going to service us on Monday. Comfort Heating & Air installed our mini-split units about 4-5 years ago for about $5000. We are located about an hour from their Salina, KS location and have always been willing to pay the mileage to have their service/repair our mini-splits and our bill is usually about $700-$800. Usually we have a service/repair once a year at the beginning of the summer season. Called and had them schedule an appointment to come up Friday..Friday morning we were informed that they had many calls to take care of in their area, which I understand..why drive when you can make money locally? So they kindly asked us and promised us that Monday would be the day....9 am they would send someone. Guess what???? Monday came and 9:30 they called to inform me we were bumped again...We were informed that the owner (Tucker) made the executive decision that we would be bumped again because we were not VIP. Also..I would like to mention we were not offered VIP anytime I schedule the appointments. So basically they are willing to drive the hour time for a $5000 installation but not willing to service us because they don't make enough money for the service calls.

  I discussed with our owner and wanted to clarify. We are doing our best to schedule non - emergency service appoitnments as soon as possible and would be happy to provide you service. It was our understanding that your sysem is currently functioning, please let us kinow if that is not the case. If you just need service we kindly ask for our customers patience right now. Due to extreme current tempatures we must priorize service call to people without AC as this can be life threatening. We would appreciate your business & hope to work together in the future.
