Richard was top notch, clearly explained the services he performed, made recommendations to improve air quality and offered Gold Comfort maintenance plan which I signed up for, it is a great value. Plan to have some corrective work performed to fix a mess that previous a/c company never took care of. 5 star rating all around.

Charlie, John and Levi were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They just finished the install of a new AC system today and they did a super job, left zero mess and my AC is nice and cold!!  Very good price for the AC system I purchased too! I would recommend Comfort Experts hands down!!

We had some furnace issues later in the evening this past weekend and had a real hard time finding anyone who was willing to come out and help, including our regular hvac service in which we were a maintenance plan holder.  Not only did Jim from Comfort Experts come out at 11pm, he was super knowledgeable and professional.  Needless to say we will be dropping our current hvac service and going with them for all future service request!

I do remember my technicians name, it was John. John and his partner Ivan, did an excellent job on the install. And there was an issue with a small Freon leak at one of the flares, and John was Johnny on the spot and had a repaired immediately.

New system was installed January 2021. Joshua was our service tech today. He was very courteous and informative. Semi-annual inspection completed with no issues found with system.  Joshua did find that a shroud had not been placed at the time of installation. He placed s service order for this to be done.outstanding service by Joshua. We will request him for future visits.

Jim was great! He explained everything he did. We will always use Comfort Experts from now on and request Jim! Thank you for a great job!

Richard was Prompt actually early, and we had  good communication.  I did not particularly like the prognosis but he.seemed to have my best interest at heart.

Tech Charlie was awesome! He arrived, was extremely pleasant and jumped right on diagnosing what the problem was. He replaced the bad part and gave the unit a quick going over. The part was covered on the ten year warranty. My ONLY problem is with the estimate the office gave me. The service call that was quoted as $89.00, turned into $233.00 real quick when all the additions were added on!!!!! And that was only because I had a $25.00 coupon. It would have been $258.00!!!  That’s a far cry from $89.00!!!!!
