  Brendan came to replace a heater package for our heat pump. Once installed, he trouble-shooted and found that there was a problem. He continued to search for various reasons for the problem, and finally found that the thermostat was the cause. I really appreciate him taking the time and putting in the extra effort to get to the root cause of our problem! I can't thank him enough for his service!

  I called This morning because my heat was not working and I was getting ready to leave and travel to another state for a month. Comfort Consultants made a visit today And found the problem and ordered the part. They will let me know when the part comes in and they install it! Can’t ask for better service than that

  One of our main AC units stopped working. I called late Monday afternoon; Brandon showed up early Tuesday afternoon, which was great. He quickly found and fixed the problem for a fair price. We rely on Comfort Consultants and have used them for years - fair, honest, dependable. Two of their best personnel are Rob and Brandon - great guys!
